To keep your jewellery shining and as amazing as the day you got it, here are some simple tips and tricks on how to take care of your Mozaati pieces:

1. Mozaati Jewellery is special and all hand-crafted in our workshops
2. Store your jewellery in a dry air tight pouch - away from humidity, moisture and extreme temperatures.
3. Store your jewellery separately in pouches, and avoid contact with hard surfaces to avoid scratches.
4. Add in any silica gel packs you have (often found in shoe boxes), they absorb moisture so will help prevent and slow tarnish.
5. Never use detergent, soap, toothpaste etc to clean your gold plated jewellery. 
6. Wear your jewellery only after showering and applying makeup, hairspray, gels, lotions and/or perfume. Jewellery is the first thing that comes off and the last thing that is put on. 
7. Clean your jewellery with a suede or cotton-muslin cloth after every use. 
8. To maintain the lustre and durability of your Mozaati jewellery, avoid wearing it while showering, exercising or swimming.
9. Note: If you wear your gold plated jewellery for significant periods of time, the plating will eventually wear down.

BEAUTY & FRAGRANCE:

1. Keep the bottle sealed when not in use.
2. Store in a cool dry place
3. For external use only.
4. Avoid contact with eyes.

I WANT TO MODIFY MY ORDER, HOW DO I DO IT?

Customers can alter their order before the package is shipped or within 24 hours of their purchase from our website (whichever is earlier) by sending us a whatsapp us on +91 8928460822.

Any requests received after the abovementioned period will not be entertained.

In case of pre-paid orders, we do not offer refunds. You can either avail store credit or an immediate exchange on the product purchased (excluding shipping charges, if any).

WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE A PIECE ONCE I RECEIVE IT?

You can conveniently exchange any item for store credit (excluding shipping charges, if any) only, within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Post 15 days, no requests for exchange will be entertained.

In any case, we do not offer refunds. You can avail a store credit or an immediate exchange only.

THE PROCESS:

Items should be sent to us in new & unused condition, with all MOZAATI packaging and tags still attached.Please ensure all items are packed securely, to avoid any kind of transit damage. Incase the products are poorly packed and are damaged in transit, they will not qualify for exchange.Please ship the products back to us on the below mentioned address:604 A Wing, Shah & Nahar Industrial Estate, Off Dr. E Moses Road, Worli, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400018. Once your product is received, the quality will be checked. Please allow a maximum of 12-15 business days for the process to be completed.We will WhatsApp you a credit note code for the total amount you have paid against the products sent back to us (excluding shipping charges, if any).This credit note code can be used for a future purchases either in-store or on our website.The credit note code is valid forThreemonths from the date of issue, with no extensions permitted under any circumstances.

ONE LAST THING, ARE ALL PRODUCTS LIABLE FOR EXCHANGE?

Please note that all Fragrance / Beauty products and products on sale or using any discount / offer, cannot be exchanged.

Products that are purchased using a credit note code or have been immediately exchanged, will be considered as full and final sale. The same will not be eligible for a further exchange under any circumstances.
