Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?

We have made every effort to display colours of the products appear as accurately as possible on the site, with photos taken in direct lighting to accurately capture the colours on the piece. Never the less, there may be a marginal variation in colour on the physical product. Some products may also appear smaller or larger than their image displayed on the site.

 

What materials are the products made of?

Each piece of MOZAATI jewellery is handcrafted in gold plated brass. Materials used range from plated alloy metals, enamel, pearls  etc. The stones we use are non- precious or synthetic. You can read on how to care about your Mozaati jewellery here.

 

How do I know what my size is?

We accept Master Card, Visa Credit, Debit & Credit Cards. We also have an option of net banking and Cash on Delivery.

 

Are your pieces inclusive of GST?

Yes ! All prices mentioned on our product pages are inclusive of GST.

 

Can I cancel or modify an order?

Yes, you may cancel an order fully or partially anytime before it has been shipped. Incase of modification, we will cancel your previous order to help you place a new one. You can get in touch with our customer support with your order details and take further steps.

 

Do you deliver out of India?
