EXCHANGE POLICY

In order to avoid exchanges due to sizing issues, please reach out to us at any time (via email, whatsapp, instagram dm, facebook messenger - you get the drift) before placing the order. Our team will help guide you with your exact size and fit. 
In any case, we do not offer refunds. You can avail a store credit (excluding shipping charges, if any) only.

I WANT TO MODIFY MY ORDER, HOW DO I DO IT?

Customers can alter their order before the package is shipped or within 24 hours of their purchase from our website (whichever is earlier) by sending us a whatsapp us on +91 8928460822.

Any requests received after the abovementioned period will not be entertained.

In case of pre-paid orders, we do not offer refunds. You can either avail store credit or an immediate exchange on the product purchased (excluding shipping charges, if any).

WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE A PIECE ONCE I RECEIVE IT?

You can conveniently exchange any item for store credit (excluding shipping charges, if any) only, within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Post 15 days, no requests for exchange will be entertained.

In any case, we do not offer refunds. You can avail a store credit or an immediate exchange only.

To exchange an item, please drop us a text on +91 89284 60822. Any products sent back to us without informing may not be accepted.

THE PROCESS:

Items should be sent to us in new & unused condition, with all MOZAATI packaging and tags still attached.
Please ensure all items are packed securely, to avoid any kind of transit damage. Incase the products are poorly packed and are damaged in transit, they will not qualify for exchange.
Please ship the products back to us on the below mentioned address:

Once your product is received, the quality will be checked. Please allow a maximum of 12-15 business days for the process to be completed.
We will WhatsApp you a credit note code for the total amount you have paid against the products sent back to us (excluding shipping charges, if any).
This credit note code can be used for a future purchases either in-store or on our website.
The credit note code is valid for Three months from the date of issue, with no extensions permitted under any circumstances.

ONE LAST THING, ARE ALL PRODUCTS LIABLE FOR EXCHANGE?

Please note that all Fragrance / Beauty products and products on sale or using any discount / offer, cannot be exchanged.

Products that are purchased using a credit note code or have been immediately exchanged, will be considered as full and final sale. The same will not be eligible for a further exchange under any circumstances
